How the success fee actually works

We are a tenancy legal service, not a bar registered law office, which is exactly why we are allowed to work on a pure no cure, no pay basis for rent reduction cases.

  • You see the fee before we start. It is a clear percentage of what you gain, written into your agreement before we file anything.
  • You pay from the upside, not your own pocket. The fee comes out of the rent you save and the money you recover, never on top of a loss.

Bar registered advocaten are restricted from pure no cure no pay arrangements. We operate as a tenancy legal service, which is a different and entirely legitimate model that huurteams and tenant services in the Netherlands use. It lets us carry the risk instead of you.

The 79 euro increase check and the 149 euro contract review are for completed work, so they are not contingent like the rent reduction case. We are clear about that up front so you can decide before you commit.
